Applied AI for software, systems, and real-world operations.Scroll to explore

We build applied AI, intelligent software and connected systems that help businesses, products and physical operations make better decisions. From AI agents and data intelligence to IoT, edge systems and industrial platforms, Logicrest takes ideas from feasibility to production.

Systems That Learn.
Solutions That Last.

Global AI Engineering & Automation

We design and implement production AI systems around real business workflows - including AI product features, agents and automation, RAG and knowledge systems, predictive machine learning, data engineering, analytics and the software needed to run them. We begin with feasibility and data readiness, then build, integrate, evaluate and deploy.

IoT & Edge Engineering

We connect machines, products and distributed assets to secure software intelligence through sensors, edge computing, telemetry, device integration, remote monitoring and analytics. The objective is not to sell isolated hardware; it is to turn physical systems into connected, observable and increasingly intelligent products and operations.

that works above the systems
you already run.

We turn repeatable engineering problems into reusable product IP. The first family is Logicrest Industrial Operations Intelligence - vendor-neutral software built to work above existing plant infrastructure rather than force its replacement.

How The Stack Fits Together.

1

Sense

Data acquisition through existing client instrumentation, approved third-party sensors and OEM or white-label devices where a measurement gap requires them. Logicrest does not claim a proprietary sensor catalogue.
2

Connect

Plant Connect - the shared industrial data foundation. Device, PLC and SCADA integration, edge collection, store-and-forward, normalisation, hierarchy, data quality, historian and secure APIs. Read-only by default.
3

Monitor

Operations Intelligence - operational visibility, sensor and data trust, asset and process context, energy and quality views, and intelligent alerts that give operators earlier warning where the data supports it.
4

Manage

Maintenance management - assets, work requests and work orders, preventive schedules, inspections, spares, calibration and reliability reporting, kept distinct from telemetry ownership and process intelligence.
5

Optimise - roadmap

A planned layer for predictive analytics, forecasting, what-if analysis and optimisation recommendations. It is released only where validated data supports it, and it is not offered as a current product.
6

Command - roadmap

A planned multi-site layer for portfolio visibility, benchmarking, central escalation and management oversight. Command means a command centre for people, not remote control of plant equipment.

Water & Wastewater

Our first deep vertical configures the same technology around treatment and water operations - STP, ETP, CETP and WTP, reuse and recycling, pumping stations and related industrial utilities. The architecture is designed to extend to manufacturing and distributed facilities as opportunities are validated; those are not presented as proven deployments today.

Build With Logicrest.

Agencies, consultancies and software companies work with us as a confidential AI engineering and delivery partner. EPC, O&M, automation, integration and OEM firms work with us on connected products, Plant Connect and operational intelligence. Client ownership, IP and confidentiality are agreed before delivery begins.

We started Logicrest to solve a simple problem: too much AI stops at the demo, and too much operational technology stops at monitoring. We build the engineering layer between ideas and production - combining AI, data, software and IoT where the problem genuinely requires them. Our goal is to build systems that are useful, accountable and reusable, whether they live inside a software product or above physical infrastructure.

How We Make It Happen.

1

Discovery & Problem Definition

Define the business objective, workflow, users, constraints and measurable success criteria before choosing a technical path.
2

Feasibility & Data Readiness

Assess systems, data, integrations, risk and build-vs-buy decisions so the project starts from evidence, not assumptions.
3

Architecture & Scope

Design the solution, interfaces, evaluation plan, delivery boundaries and commercial scope for a controlled implementation.
4

Build & Integrate

Implement AI, software and IoT components and integrate them into approved client systems and operating workflows.
5

Validate & Deploy

Test, evaluate, run UAT, add observability and security checks, then release through a controlled production process.
6

Operate & Improve

Monitor, support, hand over knowledge and iterate where measured usage and operational evidence justify expansion.

Let's Talk.

Tell us the problem, the systems involved and what a good outcome looks like. We will review the context and come back with the next practical step.
